An Alumnus of the University of Ottawa, Me De Minico is a member of the Quebec Bar since 1983. He has practiced at different law firms, which include Clarkson-Tétreault, De Minico Venneri and Seal Shaposnick, until founding his own firm in 1997. Throughout his career, Me De Minico has practiced in various areas of law such as commercial and civil litigation, banking, corporate, family, penal and statutory law. Notable for his pleading skills, Me De Minico has pleaded in front of many different courts and instances in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario, including the Supreme Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal of San Francisco.

In July 1994, Me De Minico was acknowledged by the Quebec Bar for his participation at the intensive pleading techniques seminar. He is a member of the Quebec Italian-Canadian Community Foundation since 2005 and held the role of executive trustee from 2007 to 2013. He is also a member of the Association of Italian-Canadian jurists of Quebec. He masters the French, English and Italian language and is fluent in Spanish.
